How can we help?

Find quick guidance for common issues or contact us directly. Ramekin does not require an account, so there is no password to reset.

Import did not work

Try pasting the source text, importing a screenshot, or using a short screen recording. Some sites and social apps provide only a limited link through the share sheet.

iCloud is not syncing

Confirm that you are signed into iCloud, iCloud Drive is enabled, and Ramekin has iCloud access. Then open Ramekin Settings and use Validate iCloud Access or Sync Now.

Restore a purchase

Open the Ramekin paywall and choose Restore Purchases while signed into the Apple Account that made the purchase. Subscription billing is managed in Apple Account settings.

Reminders access

Go to iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Reminders and allow Ramekin access. Return to a recipe and export the selected ingredients again.

Export your data

Open Ramekin Settings and choose Export Data. The export includes recipe content and source information but does not include raw image or video file bytes.

Delete local data

Open Ramekin Settings and choose Delete Local Data. Review the confirmation carefully. Also review your iCloud settings if you previously enabled sync.

Email support@getramekin.com. Include your device model, iOS version, Ramekin version, and the steps that led to the issue.

Please do not send private recipe text, screenshots, transaction identifiers, or other sensitive information unless support specifically asks for it.
